Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty

The MHX warranty is limited to the blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warrant gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

These warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover rod components.

THESE WARRANTIES ONLY EXTEND TO OR COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROD BLANK RESULTING FROM A NON-CONFORMITY IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP; ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ROD BLANK BY OTHER THAN NORMAL USE OF THE ROD FOR ITS INTENDED APPLICATION; OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY THE MHX WARRANTY DEPARTMENT.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you have an MHX blank that is eligible for warranty service then please follow these steps:

  1. Cut blank on 4" on each side of the failure.
  2. Remove any guides that might be on the sections being returned.
  3. In a padded envelope return the 4" blank pieces along with the proof of purchase which should include the model number and a short description of how this failure occurred.
  4. Please include all contact information and a check, money order or credit card information for $15.00usd (domestic US) or $25.00usd (International & Canada) for Warranty Service Handling Fee for each blank. If you do not include a check you will be contacted for credit card payment before your blank can be replaced.

If it is determined that your blank is within the designated warranty period and failed due to a defect in material or workmanship your rod blank will be replaced for the warranty service fee which includes Shipping/handling.
