Note: Before sending the rod back to MHX, remember to ALWAYS contact email@example.com for an RMA number.
MHX warrants to the original retail customer that this rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. MHX will, at our option, repair or replace any non-conforming rod returned to us with postage prepaid with a like or similar rod.
* A $50 Warranty fee (check or money order) must be enclosed with each returned rod or warranty claims will be held until payment is received.
If you would like to streamline the warranty process and get a replacement rod out the same day (M-F), you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-790-7637 and choose the Warranty Dept.
* A $90 Expedited Warranty fee will be charged, and a warranty representative will coordinate payment and shipment that same day (Monday-Friday).
* Broken rod must still be returned, but with Expedited Warranty you get the replacement before we receive the damaged rod. Proof of purchase required. Warranty claim still must be approved, and photo(s) of damaged rod may be required.
In all cases, this Limited One Year Warranty is limited in value to the original retail value of the MHX rod originally purchased and is solely limited to actual damage to the MHX rod originally purchased.
If MHX determines that your damaged rod is not covered by the Limited One Year Rod Warranty, we will contact you to provide options for repair work to be done, or for purchasing a replacement rod at a reduced warranty charge, and will await your approval before moving forward.
