The SJ782-2 Spin Jig Rod Blank is a fast action, medium-light power blank that is lightweight, yet powerful and will provide the professional custom builder and hobbyist a dependable rod blank they can rely on for years to come. This blank excels in all light line techniques where a rod that is a little shorter is preferred and breaks down into 2-pieces for easy transport. Drop shot, ned rig or small jerk-baits. The MHX warranty is limited to the blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

These warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover rod components.

THESE WARRANTIES ONLY EXTEND TO OR COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROD BLANK RESULTING FROM A NON-CONFORMITY IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP; ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ROD BLANK BY OTHER THAN NORMAL USE OF THE ROD FOR ITS INTENDED APPLICATION; OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY THE MHX WARRANTY DEPARTMENT.

Make Warranty Claim

If you have an MHX blank that is eligible for warranty service then please follow these steps:

  1. Cut blank on 4″ on each side of the failure.
  2. Remove any guides that might be on the sections being returned.
  3. In a padded envelope return the sections along with this completed form.
  4. When returning your MHX rod blank please include a check or money order in the amount of $15.00 USD for Domestic claims and $25.00 USD for International claims to “MHX Blanks” along with this form completely filled out. MHX will also accept Visa, MC, AMEX & Discover.  
Note:  Returns from Russia are subject to a shipping quote before return.
Note:  Oversize Rates Apply to blanks over 8 feet.

    If it is determined that your blank is within the designated warranty period and failed due to a defect in material or workmanship your rod blank will be replaced for the warranty service fee which includes Shipping/handling.
